Crafting Irresistible Offers: Lessons from Russell Brunson
This week I want to chat about crafting irresistible offers, leveraging tools like Notion and Loom, and implementing SOPs, you can streamline your operations and focus on growing your business.
Ready? Let’s chat about it!
Selling and Making an Irresistible Offer
One of the best examples of making an irresistible offer is something I learned from Russell Brunson.
He once took the stage with an iPhone, I know, not as good as Samsung, and asked the audience if they would buy it for $2,000. Some said yes but most said no.
Then, he explained that the phone wasn’t just a device, it had all the courses he’d ever taken, audiobooks he’d read, lead magnets, and funnels he’d created for his business. Additionally, it included access to his Voxer app, where he could be contacted directly, and his entire network of top marketers who’d agreed to answer questions.
Suddenly, the same phone that some wouldn’t pay $2,000 for became worth $5,000, $10,000, and even $1,000,000 to others.
The lesson? It’s not about the product itself, it’s about the value and resources you bundle with it. When selling, focus on creating an offer that’s impossible to resist.
Utilize the Resources at Your Fingertips
Simplifying your workflow is key to growing your business. It’s no secret, for me, Notion is the one tool that helps with this. That said, there are other tools and Chrome Extensions that help with this.
One of those tools I rely on is Save to Notion, a Chrome extension that lets me save websites directly into Notion, complete with links and descriptions. This eliminates the chaos of bookmarks and makes information easy to find.
Another extension, People to Notion, helps me manage leads by seamlessly transferring them into my CRM.
For communication, Loom is a game-changer. Instead of endless emails, I can create quick screen recordings to explain tasks or create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
These tools not only save time but also ensure clarity and efficiency in your processes.
Do you use any of these?
SOPs for Your Business
It doesn’t matter if you’re a CEO, a team manager, or a solo freelancer, having SOPs is a game-changer.
Imagine transitioning from one digital marketer to another without documented processes, it’s a nightmare.
As a freelance social media manager, I’ve learned that SOPs are essential.
If I need help with a task, I don’t have to write lengthy instructions. Instead, I direct anyone that’s helping with client work to specific Loom videos stored in Notion. This approach eliminates confusion and ensures tasks are completed accurately. SOPs aren’t just for large companies, they’re a must-have for anyone looking to scale their business efficiently.
