Are you overwhelmed with trying to post for your business on multiple social media platforms?
Posting to social can be a full-time job, trust me!  When you manage multiple platforms, you have to worry about when you should post, what you should post, and you have to worry about who your target audience is. For example, have you posted an image for something else in the past and didn’t mean to use that same image? This is why you’ll need to have a system in place and have a content calendar to help keep organized.

To put it simply, a content calendar is a spreadsheet that you can create or download that helps you plan out your social media, so you know what you’re posting, when you’re posting (or scheduling) and have a clear-cut plan to everything you do.
When it comes to content calendars there are so many out there it all comes down to what works best for you. Is it one large spreadsheet, is it an actual calendar that you can modify daily?
The options are endless, but one thing is the same no matter what your content calendar looks like. They all keep track of what you’re posting and when you’re posting.
Personally, I have created my own that looks like a normal calendar. I have all the times and platforms I will be posting to for all my clients and I print it out…yes, I’m old school and print it out. I like to look up at my clipboard in front of my desk and see everything that has been scheduled and that helps me follow up on anything I need to.
