I’ve said it before and I’ll continue to say it, social media is all about being SOCIAL! Growing your presence isn’t difficult, as long as you put yourself out there, the followers will come. Look for hashtags used by your target audience, take the top nine hashtags, and leave 10 genuine comments on each. Making Time for You
As an entrepreneur, balancing work and personal life can be challenging. Recently, I started dating someone who lives out of town, which means more travel for me. What began as a weekend a month has grown into longer trips, like a week in July and an upcoming week in August. On top of that, I recently had a weekend trip to Grand Bend for a family reunion.
While working remotely allows flexibility, I don’t want to work while spending time with loved ones. The solution? Plan ahead. By doubling up on work in the weeks leading up to trips, you can avoid stress and falling behind. Proper planning ensures you can enjoy your travels without sacrificing productivity.
How a 7K Walk Became My Secret to Daily Joy
One of my favorite daily rituals is my 7k morning walk along the riverfront trail. I start before sunrise and watch the sun come up as I walk. At 6 a.m., there aren’t many people out, but I always make sure to smile, nod, or say good morning to those I pass.
This small gesture is reciprocated 95% of the time, and it gives me a massive dopamine hit. Combined with the exercise, this good feeling helps me start my day on a positive note, no matter what’s ahead. A simple smile or greeting can make a big difference, for you and for others.
